During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information including your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We know you have many choices when choosing an Ootolaryngologist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Telephone Calls

The office staff has been trained to answer most questions. If they are unable to answer your question, your question will be relayed to Dr. Dobbin or Dr. Freedman and one of them will call you back. If your message is not an urgent matter, you will usually be called back by the end of the next business day. If it involved medication, please have the name of your pharmacy available. Dr. Dobbin and Dr. Freedman may be reached after hours by calling the main office.


We will ask for any health insurance copays/coinsurance at the time of your visit. Our primacy concern is your health. If you have any questions concerning charges incurred in this office please feel free to discuss this with our office manager. Our office participates with most major health plans. Please call our office for more information regarding your health plan's requirements, if any, when visiting a specialist's office. We will do our best to answer your questions.
